Key Responsibilities: Develop and pitch innovativeand client-centric event concepts that align with specific objectives andclient briefs, drawing from extensive experience in the event industry. Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including design, production, and operations, to ensureconcepts are executed seamlessly and creatively. Craft visuallystunning and persuasive presentations or decks (using tools likePowerPoint, Keynote, etc) to effectively communicate event ideas and strategiesto clients. Conduct researchon event trends, themes, and innovative solutions to inspire fresh andimpactful concepts. Oversee the entireconceptualization phase, ensuring ideas reflect brand guidelines, client goals,and project timelines. Leverage deepexpertise in event curation to suggest technology, design, and experientialelements that elevate event experiences. Maintain clearcommunication with clients, addressing feedback and refining concepts to ensurecomplete alignment. Act as a thoughtleader by providing strategic insights on evolving event experiences andstaying ahead of industry trends. Requirements 2-4 years ofprofessional experience in the event industry , with a specific focus on eventconceptualization, creative planning, or related roles. Proven experienceas a concept person in the event industry , with a strong portfolioshowcasing event curation through presentations and decks . Proficiency incrafting visually engaging and impactful presentations using tools such asPowerPoint or Keynote. Exceptional verbaland written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and audienceengagement. Demonstratedability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in afast-paced environment. In-depth knowledgeof event trends, themes, and emerging technologies in the events space. Experience inworking with a diverse range of client profiles and industries, offeringtailored solutions for varied event needs. A creativemindset grounded in the event space , with an ability to conceptualizeunique experiences that leave a lasting impression.
