Job Description

Purpose of the Job Dhwani Foundation is planning to launch a Digital Platform for NGO Federations. This platform will be open to Federations across India. It aims to serve multiple purposes, including:

Creating a database of Federations in India
Providing access to a resource bank
Offering online training
Facilitating discussions on policy advocacy
Enabling donor engagement
Supporting research on nonprofit sector issues
Documenting and sharing best practices

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Technology Partners: Identify and engage technology service providers for the development and maintenance of the platform
Finalise terms of engagement and ensure successful implementation
Engage with Federations for Enrolment: Identify and assess Federations across India for onboarding
Motivate them to join the platform, collect relevant data, and ensure timely uploading of information
Ensure Active Member Participation: Maintain regular interactions with member Federations to ensure ongoing use of the platform
Build strong relationships with Federation leaders to encourage engagement
Deliver Value to Members: Design and implement strategies to deliver meaningful value to members through the platform s various features
Ensure the platform addresses needs of Federations effectively and in a time-bound manner
Drive Innovation: Leverage the platform s potential to introduce innovative ideas and contribute to impactful changes in the social sector

Skills Knowledge

Postgraduate qualification Strong understanding of digital/technology platforms Fluency in English and Tamil Willingness to travel
