Job Description

Role Purpose

Drive ERP consulting and pre-sales activities by identifying business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and proposing tailored ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and industries that can benefit from ERP solutions
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business processes and challenges
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and ERP product demonstrations
  • Present ERP solutions highlighting business value, benefits, and ROI
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize ERP solutions based on client requirements
  • Advise clients on ERP system selection, implementation, and configuration
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts and support negotiations
  • Manage sales pipeline and track opportunities through CRM tools
  • Stay updated on ERP trends, technologies, and competitor offerings
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activities
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in ERP consulting, pre-sales, or solution selling
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Experience in client-facing roles within IT or consulting environments

  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business process mapping
  • Sales and consulting mindset with solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into ERP solutions
