Junior Digital Marketing Executive

About Role

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, including prior agency experience is preferred, and be a creative, data-driven professional who can enhance our company's online presence, generate qualified leads, and build brand trust.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop and execute email & ABM campaigns using tools like Lemlist or Mailchimp, conduct B2B outreach to potential clients via LinkedIn, promote webinars and case studies to drive qualified leads, and collaborate with the sales team on lead follow-up and tracking.
• Social Media & Online Reputation Management (ORM): Manage monthly content calendars for LinkedIn and Twitter/X, create branded visuals using Canva or-engagement and analyze performance metrics, and use tools like Google Alerts and Brand24 to monitor brand mentions. This also involves responding to customer feedback and encouraging client testimonials to maintain a positive brand presence.
• Content Creation & Promotion: Write, edit, and publish SEO-optimized blogs, case studies, and whitepapers. Conduct keyword research to align with the target audience's needs, analyze content performance using tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs, and repurpose content for social media and email marketing campaigns.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with prior agency experience.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Lemlist, Mailchimp) and B2B social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Spark for visual content creation.
• Strong understanding of SEO, lead generation, and content marketing principles.
• Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and the ability to produce high-quality, error-free content.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and ORM platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
