Junior Data Analyst

We are hiring a Data Analyst who can start immediately. The candidate should be proficient in writing advanced SQL queries, conducting in-depth data analysis, and have some business domain knowledge. Degrees don't matter to us; eagerness to work does!

Core Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Cleaning: Source data from multiple platforms and ensure it is accurate, complete, and structured for analysis.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Perform complex SQL queries across databases and use statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights.
• Data Visualisation: Develop clear and informative dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Business Insight Generation: Translate business problems into data queries and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.
• Reporting and Communication: Present findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be currently based in India. Able to join within a week.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid Indian and US time zone schedule.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and familiarity with at least one BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio, or Domo are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Statistics and KPIs is an added advantage.
• Should be able to clear 2–3 rounds of interviews.
• He/she should not be a data science, machine learning, or AI aspirant.
