About the job

The customer care executive for Be Awara Kids (by Durakart Marketing Pvt Ltd) will be responsible for attending incoming calls, responding to WhatsApp messages and emails, managing return requests, and other customer inquiries. The candidate should have excellent spoken and written English skills and should also be able to speak Hindi. The candidate should be able to handle complicated situations and represent the company in a professional manner. The customer care executive should have excellent customer service skills and should be able to deal with customers effectively.

Key responsibilities:

1. Attend to incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp messages and emails
2. Manage return requests and other customer inquiries3. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers4. Handle complicated situations and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner5. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner6. Maintain customer records and follow up with customers as needed7. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service8. Work closely with other team members to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner9. Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues and concerns

Other requirements

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role

2. Excellent spoken and written English skills

3. Proficiency in Hindi is a must

4. Strong customer service skills

5. Ability to handle complicated situations and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

6. Excellent communication skills

7. Good problem-solving skills

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

9. Ability to work well in a team environment

10. Good computer skills

11. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

12. High school diploma or equivalent

13. Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
