Job Description

In this challenging position as Customer Support Executive, you will be managing the customer support activities (mainly email, call and chat support) for a fast-growing European Digital Services Company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To provide email, call and chat support for international customers.
  • Take part in daily stand-up meetings.
  • Utilise and build FAQs, Solution Guides, and Knowledge Base.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate process documentation. Compile requirements for IT for new developments.
  • Support requests from senior management.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Should have adequate knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Additional language is an advantage.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented + strong organizational talent.
  • A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to collaborate with international teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
