Key Responsibilities

  • Order Confirmation (COD Orders): Make prompt confirmation calls to customers who place Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders. Verify order details and address accuracy.
  • Customer Support (Chats & Queries): Handle incoming customer queries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms. Provide timely and accurate responses to questions related to products, orders, and returns.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with the production/logistics team to check and update order delivery status. Share regular updates with customers as needed.
  • Delivery Manifesting: Generate and share delivery slips and manifests for confirmed orders with the production team. Ensure all relevant details are accurately documented.
  • Returns & Refund Handling: Assist customers with refund or return requests. Coordinate with the production/logistics team to ensure smooth processing of returns and timely refunds.


Skills & Qualifications

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

Experience: Fresher or 0–1 year in customer service preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email tools.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ecommerce Support Experience:

    Familiarity with order tracking, returns & refunds process, handling customer queries via chat, email, and phone, and resolving escalations in an online retail environment.
