Junior Customer Support Executive

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for assisting users with technical and non-technical queries related to our WordPress plugins and digital products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support through email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Understand customer issues and guide them with clear, step-by-step solutions.
• Troubleshoot basic WordPress-related problems such as plugin conflicts, installation issues, or UI concerns.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the development or QA team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
• Communicate product updates and instructions to users when needed.
• Assist in creating support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and effective service.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of WordPress (plugins, themes, dashboard).
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple language.
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience in handling customer queries.
• Good typing speed and ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, hosting, or website troubleshooting.
