Maintain up-to-date and accurate process documentation. Compile requirements for IT for new developments. Support requests from senior management. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Experience in a Customer Service environment. Should have adequate knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets. Fluency in English is a must. Additional language is an advantage. Effective written and verbal communication. Self-driven and goal-oriented + strong organizational talent.
