Junior Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We're on the lookout for a self-motivated and results-driven Junior Business Development and Growth Executive to join our agency, The Hype Studio (www.thehypestudio.com). As a member of our growth team, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our agency's portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

3. Develop and pitch new business proposals to potential clients.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

5. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to agency growth.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements:

1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and at least 1 CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in the agency or services industry.

2. Knowledge of marketing, PR, or digital services.

3. Familiarity with CRM software.
