Business Development trainee

Job Summary:

We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Trainee to join our team at The Hype Studio! As a trainee, you'll learn the ropes of business development, work closely with our senior team members, and contribute to driving growth for our agency. If you're eager to learn, build relationships, and excel in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying new business opportunities through research and outreach.

2. Build relationships with potential clients and understand their needs.

3. Develop and pitch new business proposals (under guidance).

4. Collaborate with internal teams (PR, Marketing, Creative) to deliver client solutions.

5. Update CRM software and track leads.

Requirements:

1. 6 months -1 year of experience in business development/sales.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.

4. Ability to learn quickly and identify solutions to implement growth strategies via research.

5. Basic knowledge of and interest in the PR and marketing industry (desirable).
