Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Junior Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategies to expand the company's client base. The individual will support lead generation efforts, foster communication between stakeholders, and contribute to account management tasks to maintain and grow client portfolios.

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of Business and Account Management to manage client relationships effectively and drive growth.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to meet dynamic business goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
