As a Junior Business Development Executive at our IT company, you will play a crucial role in generating business through online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Email Marketing. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, bidding, and acquiring projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other online portals. - Assisting in lead generation through email marketing and other digital platforms. - Building and maintaining client relationships through effective communication. - Understanding client requirements and coordinating with the technical team to deliver solutions. - Preparing and sending business proposals, presentations, and follow-up emails. - Maintaining sales reports and tracking performance against targets.
