We are seeking a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, handling communications, and assisting with various projects—all while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Key Responsibilities: Calendar & Schedule Management: Organise and prioritise the CEO's appointments and meetings. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries. Communication: Manage emails, calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Meeting Support: Schedule, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Project Assistance: Help with presentations, reports, and special projects. Office Management: Oversee logistics and ensure the CEO’s office is organised and efficient. Document Management: Organise and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring easy access and confidentiality. Event Planning & Coordination: Organise events, conferences, and team meetings. Oversee logistics, invitations, and venue arrangements, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Task delegation : Delegate tasks to team members on behalf of the CEO.
