Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Building:

   Designing and implementing both sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals. 

• Market Research:

   Conducting market and customer research to understand trends, identify target markets, and analyze competitors. 

• Lead Management:

   Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing Leads. Calling, Cold calling, networking, and following up will be the prmiary responsibility.

• Sales Activities:

   Presenting advantanges or services to potential leads, negotiating terms, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales. 

• Reporting:

   Providing accurate sales reports and forecasts to management. 

• Collaboration:

   Working with management teams, other departments, and creative agencies to ensure ongoing marketing strategies and achieve business goals.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  
• Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive ( Freshers are welcome too.)
  
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
  
• High-level communication and networking skills.
  
• A passion for sales.
  
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
  
• Good project management skills.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure.
