Roles and Responsibilities - Maintain updated records of personnel-related data (personal information, sub function mapping, cost centres etc.) up to date on SuccessFactors Conduct New Joiners Pulse Surveys periodically and report out the insights from the conversations Execute end to end the Rewards Vouchers Issuances across HRBP Span Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.) as needed Assist team members in preparing People & Culture reports for leadership view as & when needed Extend support in organizing engagement events, town halls, etc Schedule meetings, events, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda Coordinate events and manage bookings, requirements within the HRBP Span Coordinate procurement of trophies/certificates for employee milestones Raise invoices and liaise with Finance & CREWs for vendor payments Perform functional onboarding formalities and update records of new hires on timely basis Produce and submit reports on general HR activity Process monthly allowances (overtime & others) within relevant functions where these payouts are made and process details to payroll on monthly basis Extend any operational support over and above the ones mentioned to the HRBPs Publish mandatory trainings completion dashboards within the HRBP Span Support with creating dashboards, excel sheets, basic data analysis requirements Respond to internal HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance Update DLs and other data requirements from leaders Mandatory Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree. Good communication and writing skills. Good analytical skills. MS Office knowledge is mandatory 6months - 1 year Experience Note: This is a Contract Role Show more Show less
