Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Architect with 2-4 years of experience in  

residential interior/exterior design. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of 2D  

drafting tools and a good understanding of residential layouts, working drawings, and design  

detailing.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed 2D drawings including floor plans, furniture layouts,  

electrical and plumbing layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, and sections.  

• Create presentation drawings and technical details for residential interior and  

architectural projects.  

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.  

• Modify and update drawings as per client feedback and project requirements.  

• Ensure adherence to design standards, building codes, and project specifications.  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture  

• 2-4 years of experience in 2D designing specifically for Luxury residential projects.  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, or Revit is a  

plus.  

• Understanding of space planning, design standards, and building materials.  

• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work under deadlines.  

• Candidates must know AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant drafting tools to create  

precise technical drawings. 

Preferred Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in residential architecture and interior/exterior design.  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently  

• Ability to interpret architectural and interior design concepts into technical drawings.  

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.  

• Experience in handling various residential typologies (apartments, villas, etc.)  

• Basic understanding of material specifications and site coordination.  

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in design problem-solving.
