Skills Required - Accounts Knowledge, Excel, GST,TDS & Import knowledge is must with good written & verbal communication. Responsibilities - Vendor bill passing, raw material import and services(Import Related ). Ensure All the Checkpoints before booking the Import Invoices . Enter real time bank payment entries, GST entries in ERP. Import Forex Jv Passing in ERP -Per Invoice. View Pending GRN status & Follow -up for Invoices. Follow up with bank for Swift Copy & other Correspondence related to import. BOE Submission in the bank for Closure of Import Bills. Timely BOE follow ups with purchase department & submission to Bank-update records. Import Custom Duty calculation & payment with proper documentation on timely basis. Online payment filling related to Import Documents & Other. Advance Import Bill payments documentation and maintaining Tracker . Import Queries resolution with HOD & Bank. Enter Domestic purchase bill booking n ERP System. View Pending GRN status & Follow -up for Invoices - Tracker - weekly email to HOD/PUR/PPJ. Ensure that periodic ledger confirmation of balances is taking place with vendors in coordination with purchase Department & HOD/Directors (Import ). TDS entries of bills in ERP and crosschecking on monthly basis. Email Query revert raised by bank /Vendor. Secondary Responsibility in absence of other staff members. If Any work assign by HOD for time being in case of urgency. Reporting to HOD (Boe Tracker ) to HOD 4th of every month - NO BANK ACK FOR CLOSURE Custom Duty Graph -Air /Sea and freight chg graph on 2nd of every month to HOD and Directors. Import Vendor reconciliation mail every Quaterly , CC to HOD on 1st day of quarter. Weekly report of utilization of ROD tep/ MEIS against custom duty to HOD on every Saturday . Import Payment tracker every day at 5 pm in a Group. Pending GRN report 3rd of Every Month to HOD and CC Sir.
