Junior Accounts Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Officer with 0–2 years of experience to join our Accounts & Finance team. This role is ideal for fresh commerce graduates or those with up to two years of accounting experience, looking to grow their career in finance and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
• Record financial transactions in Tally ERP or other accounting software.
• Support in preparation of invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain basic data for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance under supervision.
• Help in generating monthly reports for management review.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / Equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP and basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
