Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA)
Freshers are welcomed
Skills Required:
Intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP,
Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
Working knowledge of Tally ERP for accounting and bookkeeping
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with accuracy and maintain confidentiality of financial data
Roles and Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP
Maintain voucher entries (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, Contra, Journal)
Assist in preparing bank reconciliation statements
Support in preparing GST and TDS working under supervision
Handle accounts payable and receivable entries
Update and maintain ledgers and account balances
Assist in preparing MIS reports and Excel sheets for management
Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, and supporting documents
Coordinate with seniors during monthly/quarterly closing activities
Support in audit preparation by providing required data and reports
Perform any other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by senior accountants
