Job Title:

Pallet Tag Coordinator / Data Entry Assistant

Location:

Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Job Type:

Full-Time, On-Site

Salary:

₹15,000 per month (In-Hand)

Qualification Required:

• Minimum: 12th Pass
• Preferred: Graduate in any stream

Role Overview:

writing real-time data on tags/stickers attached to copper scrap bales and pallets

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write real-time information on

   bale/pallet tags

   such as:

• Vendor name
• Number of bales per vendor (if applicable)
• Pallet ID or Number

1. Physically supervise

   the filling of each pallet and maintain clarity of which bales belong to which vendor.
2. Maintain a

   daily logbook or simple digital sheet

   (Google Form/Excel entry) with:

• Pallet-wise data
• Vendor-wise count and estimation
• Any deviations or special remarks

1. Ensure that each pallet leaving the bailing section is

   properly tagged

   and data is

   accurate

   and

   legible

   .
2. Coordinate with floor staff or supervisors to identify vendor-wise segregation when multiple vendors’ materials are placed on the same pallet.
3. Report mismatches or issues in real-time to the supervisor/plant in-charge.
4. Ensure

   stationery and tag materials

   are available at all times (labels, pens, marker, clipboard, etc.).
5. Follow basic workplace hygiene, safety, and documentation protocols.

Skills Required:

• Basic reading/writing ability in

  Hindi and English

• Good

  handwriting

  and

  clarity in writing

• Observational skills

  – ability to differentiate between bales and track materials visually
• Basic understanding of measurements (small/medium/large)
• Honest, punctual, and

  responsible attitude

• Basic familiarity with

  mobile apps, Google Forms, or Excel

  is a plus

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• 6 days a week (Sunday off or as per factory schedule)
