Key Responsibilities

• Financial Data Analysis:

  Interpret and analyze financial data to improve revenue performance.

• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM):

  Handle end-to-end AR processes, claims follow-ups, and collections.

• Provider Billing & Verification:

  Validate provider claims, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate billing.

• Adjustments & Patient Balance Analysis:

  Reconcile accounts and process necessary adjustments.

• Eligibility & Benefits Verification:

  Verify insurance details to prevent claim denials.

• Practice Management Support:

  Assist in daily operational and financial tasks.

• Report Generation & Presentation:

  Create data-driven reports and present insights to stakeholders.

• Quality & Timeliness:

  Ensure accuracy and meet deadlines for all deliverables.

• Collaboration with Leadership:

  Work closely with senior management to develop innovative client solutions.
