Job Description

As an Account Manager in a creative digital agency, you will be responsible for: - Monitoring client accounts, providing timely updates and check-ins. - Demonstrating strong strategic thinking, consulting skills, and ensuring client projects stay on plan and budget. - Guiding clients in branding, positioning, and marketing implementation. - Coordinating with internal teams such as content, design, and media to oversee project execution. - Overseeing billing for clients and having a brief understanding of BCMA (Billing Cost Margin Analysis). - Analyzing Gross Margin (GM) on accounts and maintaining a specific percentage on the account you lead. - Actively presenting ideas to expand service offerings and enhance the firm's positioning. - Upselling to existing clients. - Working closely with creative and marketing teams to align strategies. - Managing contract negotiations and renewals. - Preparing reports on account status and sales performance. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery. Requirements: - 2 to 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in a creative digital agency. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to convey ideas clearly to internal teams and clients. Please note: The work hours for this position are 8 hours, and the location is HSR Layout, Bangalore.,
