About the Company:

Target Innovations is a leading manufacturer of industrial automation and detection systems, with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and global exports. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our finance team at our South Goa facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting operations
• Handle Tally ERP and accounting software for billing, entries, and ledgers
• Oversee GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, balance sheets, and financial statements
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Support budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments for payment tracking and issue resolution
• Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other finance tools
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication and organizational skills
