As a Junior Telecaller - US Doctor's Care Coordinator at Way2Cloud, you will be responsible for communicating with US doctors" offices to schedule patient appointments and collect pending balances. Your role will involve coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient engagement and satisfaction, thereby contributing to enhanced operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with US doctors" offices to schedule patient appointments based on availability and patient preferences, communicating effectively with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information, maintaining accurate records of appointments and patient information using basic MS Excel skills, and building and maintaining professional relationships with US doctor's office staff through clear communication via phone and email.
