Junior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand awareness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and influencers
• Manage and respond to media inquiries, crisis, and reputation threats
• Craft and disseminate press release, media statements and other communications materials
• Collaborate with internal client teams, including marketing, communications, and leadership
• Monitor, analyze and share media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Provide strategic counsel to client senior leadership on reputation management and communications
• Support new business pitches by contributing to strategy development, proposal creation, and client presentations.
• Mentoring new and existing team members.
• Manage internal teams at Tute to ensure seamless execution of communication strategies.
• Manage interpersonal relationships with internal teams at tute.
• Manage Retention: Client and Tute team members

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate PR, communications, or a related field, Mandatory to have experience with PR Industry
• Proven track record of success in managing reputation, media relations, and communications
• Strong understanding of the Indian media landscape and PR industry
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
