Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Nashik. The Junior Accountant will handle daily financial operations including bookkeeping, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements. The role involves bank reconciliations, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The candidate will also support the senior accounting team with data analysis to help streamline financial reporting processes.

Qualifications

Understanding and experience with Bookkeeping, General Ledger Management, and Accounts Payable/Receivable
Proficiency in Financial Statement Preparation, Budget Tracking, and Data Analysis
Strong knowledge of Accounting Software and Tools, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar
Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations and support Audit Processes
Detail-oriented with excellent Numerical and Analytical Skills
Understanding of Taxation and Compliance processes is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Relevant professional certifications in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
