Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Jr. Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, and assisting in accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking expenses, assisting with budgeting and auditing, bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with tax and other regulatory requirements. Collaboration with other team members and departments to ensure efficient financial operations is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting practices, bookkeeping, and familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
• Experience in account reconciliations, tax filings, and budgeting processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience or internships in accounting or finance is highly advantageous
• Knowledge of financial reporting and auditing procedures is a plus
