Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to clients, understand their requirements, and provide solutions. Identify potential customers' needs through effective communication. Build rapport with clients by understanding their concerns and preferences. Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Meet daily/weekly targets set by management. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in international tele calling or sales background preferred. Excellent communication clarity, active listening, emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong time management skills essential.
