Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities at the plant, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives, addressing employee grievances, and driving employee engagement and welfare activities. Additionally, you will be maintaining HR documentation and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day HR activities at the plant. - Ensure statutory compliance including ESI, PF, and Factory Act. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives. - Address employee grievances and support industrial relations. - Drive employee engagement and welfare activities. - Maintain HR documentation and reports. Qualification Required: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. - 1-3 years of experience in plant HR. - Knowledge of labor laws and compliance. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, provided food, health insurance, and paid sick time. The work schedule includes day shifts with weekend availability, and the work location is in person.,
