Job Description

As an HR professional at the plant, your responsibilities will include: - Handling day-to-day HR activities at the plant. - Ensuring statutory compliance with ESI, PF, Factory Act, etc. - Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives. - Addressing employee grievances and supporting industrial relations. - Driving employee engagement and welfare activities. - Maintaining HR documentation and reports. To qualify for this role, you should have: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. - 1-3 years of experience in plant HR. - Knowledge of labor laws and compliance. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
