Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understanding the Manpower Requirement needs, Job Posting, Sourcing and Short listing of resume from database and different job portals i.e. Naukri and Monster. Scheduling & coordinating the interview as per the requirements.
Salary Negotiation, Employee Verification and taking the Approval for the selected candidates from the management.
Preparing Offer letters and Appointment letters for the new employees.
Joining formalities and maintaining the proper documentation for the new joining employees
Should be involved in Performance Appraisal and should aware of different Methodology and modern practices in appraisal of the employee performance.
Preparing the monthly MIS report i.e. Salary Impact, Attrition calendar, etc.
Coordinating with the training and development team for Identifying Training Needs within an organization. Scheduling training as per Training Calendars and preparing report on whether the KPI are been achieved or deviated.
Preparing and maintaining all the required data for ISO Documentation
Employee engagement activities i.e. team building activities.
Preparation of Attendance records & Payroll processing
Attendance & Leave Management
Preparation of monthly deduction details like EPF, ESI & TDS
Calculation of Statutory Bonus & Leave encashment
Awareness of applicable labour laws while incorporating payroll inputs. .

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in MS Excel are preferred.
