Role & responsibilities

Role Jr. HRBP NZ 1

Location RO Gurgaon, with travel to NCR sites at least 2 days in a week

Grade AM

Educational qualification MBA in HR (Tier 1.5 / 2 institutes)

Work experience 2 to 4 years in an organisation of similar scale

Skills well versed with analysis and dashboards using MS excel, go-getter, ok to work in a dynamic work environment, takes initiative

Job description:

Employee engagement - Drive engagement activities, feedback sessions, and culture-building initiatives to enhance employee experience and in turn increase engagement scores of the employees.
Attrition control - Track employee exits, analyse trends, and support retention programs for key cohorts such as high performers, diverse talent and new joiners.
Managing campus hires - Coordinate end-to-end campus hiring and on-boarding programs
People processes - Support performance management, goal-setting, confirmations, and other HR processes across assigned teams. Prepare relevant dashboards and analysis for reporting on key HR metrics.

First point of contact - Address basic employee queries on HR policies and escalate as required
