Job Description

As an HR Assistant, your role will involve managing employee data, PF, ESIC, and attendance across different sites. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. - Maintaining digital and electronic records of employees. - Serving as the point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators. - Maintaining calendars of the HR management team. - Performing orientations and updating records of new staff. - Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity. - Completing termination paperwork and conducting exit interviews. - Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. To qualify for this position, you must have: - Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (essential). - BBA & MBA Degree (essential). - 0 to 2 years of experience as an HR assistant. - Effective HR administration and people management skills. - Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - High computer literacy with proficiency in email, MS Office, and related business tools. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to accurately follow instructions. - Knowledge of PF/ESIC and labor compliance.
