Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist with expertise in payroll, operations, accounting, and recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including payroll processing, operational tasks, basic accounting duties, and recruitment activities. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Calculate wages, bonuses, and deductions accurately.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
  • Develop and implement efficient HR processes and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and enrollment.
  • Accounting Support:
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking.
  • Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Recruitment:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings and reports.
  • Generate HR-related reports for management as needed.

Additional Information:

  • Upto 6 months' training @ 7500/-pm Stipend
  • 15000/-pm and above upon confirmation and based on performance
  • Performance driven confirmation bonus of upto 45000/-
  • 3 Months interim review for exceptional performers and early confirmation
  • Work Location: In person at Thane
  • Only Mumbai/Thane candidates will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 per year
