Job Overview:

We are hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive – Campaigns & Ads who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital ad campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate must have experience managing Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid channels, with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor daily ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions and optimize accordingly.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and copies.
• Create reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, bidding strategies, and platform updates.
• Work closely with the sales or lead team to ensure quality lead generation and conversion tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, GA4.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, funnel building, and conversion optimization.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).

Good to Have:

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or Twitter/X Ads.
• Basic knowledge of landing page builders (e.g., WordPress, Un bounce, We flow).
• Understanding of email marketing automation and CRM tools like Zo ho, HubSpot, etc.
