As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the Resilience Metrics Platform. You will collaborate with a talented team to create intuitive and interactive dashboards while working on the entire stack, from data ingestion to front-end development. Here's what you'll be doing: - Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of the Resilience Metrics Platform. - Collaborate with UI/UX developers to translate design requirements into functional React/Material UI components for real-time monitoring dashboards. - Utilize JavaScript libraries such as Chart.js, D3.js, Highcharts, Recharts, ECharts, and Plotly.js for real-time dashboards. - Design, build, and consume secure, reusable RESTful APIs using FastAPI. - Contribute to the development of the data ingestion and ETL framework for various data sources. - Implement business logic for metric evaluation based on rule definitions and write clean, efficient, and well-tested code. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to solve complex challenges effectively. - Ensure seamless integration of front-end UI with the backend API and data layers. - Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment processes. You should have: - 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React. - Experience with UI component libraries like Material UI and real-time dashboard libraries. - Proficiency in a modern backend programming language like Python and experience with FastAPI or Django/Flask. - Solid experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice to have: - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform. - Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Datadog. - Previous experience working on platforms related to metrics, monitoring, or system resilience.
