HR Recruiter Intern

As an HR Intern at our company in Mohali, you will have the opportunity to engage in a full-time, onsite internship lasting 36 months. We are seeking immediate joiners to join our team. **Role Overview:** Your role as an HR Intern will involve supporting our HR operations and gaining practical experience in the Human Resources field. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assisting in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview coordination. - Updating and maintaining employee records and HR databases. - Supporting onboarding and induction processes. - Organizing HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions. - Handling documentation and compliance-related tasks. - Assisting the HR team in day-to-day operations. **Qualifications Required:** - Male candidate with a background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. During your internship, you will gain exposure to core HR functions, hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals.
