We are a dynamic and growing organization committed to building a strong and people-focused work culture. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern (Male) to support our HR operations and gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support in onboarding and induction processes
• Assist in organizing HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions
• Handle documentation and compliance-related tasks
• Support the HR team in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Male candidate (as per team diversity or business requirement)
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
