Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and develop their skills in human resources.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
Create and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
Engage with potential candidates through emails and social media to build a talent pipeline.
Assist in preparing and sending offer letters and onboarding documents.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment techniques.
Knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
