Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other application corporate laws, with regular updates on amendments and circulars.
Filing of statutory forms with the ROC and ensuring Stock Exchange Compliances under SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
Maintaining statutory registers, records and assisting in preparation of Annual reports, Annual return, sustainability Reports (Including BRSR), and AGM- related compliances.
Preparing & assisting in drafting notiecs, agendas and minutes of board and committee meeting.
Handling Compliances for private Company, Section 8 Company and Public Company , including post-incorporation formalities and Meeting-related matters.
Coordination with RTA for shareholder-related matters including grievance redressal, query handling, and documentation.
Handling IEPF- related compliances, including claims processing, verification, and coordination IEPF Authority.
Ensuring Compliances with Insider Trading Regulations and other applicable SEBI laws for listed entities.
Supporting corporate actions such as dividend declaration and processing, unclaimed dividend tacking, suspense accounts, and escrow accounts -related matters.
Processing letters of confirmation (LoC), Letter of entitlement(LoE), transmission/transposition requests, and other shareholder services.
Supporting the company Secretary in all regulatory, compliance and secretarial matters for the listed company and group entities.
