We are urgently looking for a IT Executive at out R&D Centre, the details are as follows -

Working Days

Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of Windows clients
Troubleshooting Network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
Install, configure & maintain network services, equipment and devices.
Printer Installation and Troubleshooting of both local and network printers
Hands-on experience in MS-Outlook configuration & Troubleshooting.
Malware/Computer virus remediation by Antivirus installation and patch updates implementation.
Providing End user support in order to facilitate operational flow
Supporting for laptops for Both Hardware and software process
"Performing Preventative maintenance activities for every 6 months to monitor the asset details for Desktop.
Adding clients to Domain and resolving related issues.
Server Management: 2008,2012,2016
Vender Management
"Macbook,I-pad, I-phone,Windows desktop support
Firewall related issues, New User configuration in Firewall .
Video conferencing issues, meeting setup( Cisco webex , Google meet & zoom call)
Handling Microsoft products, office apps and services , Microsoft 365, power BI , Team etc.
