ARC Operations & Team Leadership Provide strategic direction to the CoA and Cadency teams, ensuring operational excellence and compliance. Mentor and guide Senior Manager – Commercials and Junior F Band roles, fostering leadership development and collaboration. Drive stakeholder engagement across Group Finance, Service Tower Leads, and Strategic Planning teams. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15–20 years of experience in finance leadership roles. Proven expertise in FP&A, commercial finance, and financial controls.
