About The Role

As a Junior Designer, you’ll primarily work on ad creatives (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), landing pages, and sometimes internal marketing works. This is your chance to learn from experienced designers, refine your skills, and build a solid foundation for growing into a mid-weight digital designer.

If you’re someone who hates delivering mediocre output and thrives in collaborative environments, this could be the perfect role for you!

📌 Requirements:

• A background in digital design with 1-3 years of experience. (If you are a fresher and you think you can crack it, You got our attention!!)
• Experience with design software (preferably Figma and Adobe Suite)
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Strong time management skills

⭐ Bonus Points For:

• 2D Motion design experience
• Someone who can work well with AI.
• B2B SaaS Advertising/Agency experience

💸Pay & Perks

We're looking to pay INR 6-7.2 LPA, other than that the following is also given separately:

Other Information:

1. Work timings: The entire team works between 11 AM & 6 PM IST. Apart from that, as long as you're meeting deadlines, you can work whenever you'd like. There may be occasional exceptions when clients in the US are involved.
2. You will be asked to set realistic deadlines for your work and deliver it then.
3. You will be trained on marketing strategy and across all the marketing channels to help you collaborate better and work with the team.
