Role & responsibilities Facilitate Dealers and Authorized service centers (ASCs) for speedy service delivery and with technical and service back up. Assess field performance of products through field visits against our specifications; Highlight the field deviations and providing necessary technical guidance to dealers and shop mechanics Monitor spares stock at dealer shop for fast moving items against fixed reorder levels Interact with area mechanics for product feedback on construction, performance and service aspects in comparison with successful competitors Educate dealers and mechanics in selecting the right product and its accessories including guidelines to be followed from erection, commissioning to maintenance Create awareness among dealers and shop mechanics on design and component modifications through informal technical meets at dealer and branch locations Track field / product returns and their nature of complaints and pending repair sets, spares indents etc., and reporting with relevant supporting details or samples Study complaints and service calls attended by shop mechanics and giving suitable advice if necessary Attend Customer complaints or service calls and take appropriate corrective action possibly on the spot or taking it to ASCs Monitor repair process and service delivery at ASCs and provide technical guidance Field testing of trial sets possibly in comparison with successful competitors sets.
