Responsible for the maintenance of all procedures, templates, and communications with suppliers, in line with agreed policies. Hands on SPC implementation Knowledge of six sigma methodology Ability of developing the inspection gauges Knowledge and experience of ISO audit Knowledge and experience of conducting PPAP Insights : Experience Handling of Supplier and Customer complaint Capable of developing the Quality plan at various Q- Gate. Capable of driving the Internal CAPA for day- to -day production with CFT Experience of driving Product and Process Audit on site Level of Autonomy Need to work under manager supervision.
