The department of orthopaedics at NHS Golden Jubilee is one of the largest arthroplasty units in the United Kingdom, with 25 Consultants in post. The department performs ~5000 total hip and knee replacements, 600 foot and ankle procedures as well as soft tissue knee and hand/wrist surgery.
