Job Summary: The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations across our sites and corporate office. Support overall site operations in coordination with site engineers and admin staff. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Practical knowledge of building maintenance systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Physically fit and able to handle labor-intensive tasks when necessary. Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple sites. Understanding of facility safety regulations and statutory compliances. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of budgeting, vendor management, and asset tracking.
