Documentation and Record-Keeping : Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, stock movements, and material usage for transparency and audit purposes. Generate and submit reports such as stock status, reorder levels, and consumption reports for project management. Maintain material requisition slips, goods receipt notes, issue vouchers, and other documentation to facilitate smooth project operations. 5.
